as a general practitioner with extensive specialty training in natural

I am also available to come see you in your home or office. As a CA-state licensed
ND, I can perform physical examinations including routine gynecological care,
order and interpret lab tests and diagnose and treat disease.
I specialize in Women's Health and Family Medicine, but I consult
with both men and women on many issues. I make recommendations regarding
the use of therapeutic nutrition, botanical medicine, bio-identical hormones
and homeopathy, with an emphasis on dietary and lifestyle counseling. I also
have specific training in nutrient-drug and herb-drug interactions. In addition,
I am a certified practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques™ of

I am also very pleased to tell you about a new service that I am
offering called Compassionate
Gynecology for Teens™. It is my firm belief that a positive
initial gynecologic visit for a young woman can be an empowering experience
that can pave the way for a lifetime of responsible self-care. Visits
will include plenty of time for questions and conversation, in-depth
decription of examination techniques and straightforward support and
advice for teens (and moms). I can also meet with your daughter to
discuss changes due to menstruation, nutritional strategies for lifelong
wellness and natural options for PMS, painful periods and depression.
As a specialist in the fields of natural health options and whole
person care, I believe that every person should be treated as an
individual. I realize that everyone comes with their own unique history,
risk factors and symptom picture. Therefore, I will never make assumptions,
but will instead take the time to listen and develop a highly individualized
treatment program meant to empower you to take charge of your health.
